We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn watch bands in their original packaging. If your new strap doesn't perfectly match your Invicta timepiece, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unworn watch band and any included tools or spring bars back into its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned band, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
